The Islamabad High Court (IHC) dismissed on Monday PTI Executive Imran Khan’s request testing the request for the Political decision Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in the Toshakhana reference case.

On Friday, the ECP precluded the previous chief in the Toshakhana reference, expressing he had committed degenerate practices by making “misleading explanations and submitting mistaken statement”.

 

IHC Boss Equity Athar Minallah heard the case with protests raised by the enlistment center’s office. PTI’s guidance Counselor Ali Zafar introduced his contentions under the watchful eye of the court. The PTI executive in his application had made the ECP secretary, NA Speaker and secretary as respondents.
